Kimino Shiso

Makes one drink

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
4 or 5 fresh shiso leaves

1) Add ice
2) Shake
3) Strain in glass
4) Top up with Kimino Yuzu
5) Garnish with a fresh shiso leaf

Kimino Basil Smash

Makes one drink

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
4 or 5 fresh basil leaves

1) Add ice
2) Shake
3) Strain in glass
4) Top up with Kimino Yuzu

Kimino Whiskey Sour

Makes one drink

1 1/2 ounces Bourbon
1 egg white
1/4 ounce simple syrup

1) Add ice
2) Shake
3) Strain in glass
4) Top up with Kimino Yuzu
5) Dash of aromatic bitters
6) Garnish with fresh orange peel
